This policy takes effect on the first day of trading. Nothing on this site is for sale yet, so nothing here applies to you today.
Where we will ship
At launch: the United Arab Emirates. GCC and international shipping will follow once UAE fulfilment is proven, not before. We would rather ship well to one country than badly to twenty.
Delivery
- All prices will be shown in AED, inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable.
- Delivery timeframes and charges will be shown in full at checkout before you pay. No charge will be added after you place an order.
- You will receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Your right to return
For online purchases from UAE-licensed sellers, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
We apply that as a minimum, not a ceiling. If a piece genuinely does not work for you and it is still in resaleable condition, talk to us.
What cannot be returned
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Items with tags or hygiene seals removed, where applicable.
- Made-to-order or personalised pieces, unless faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If we send you the wrong item or a faulty one, we cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full, at your choice. This is separate from and in addition to the 14-day return right.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside our control and typically adds a few working days.
